• Business Operations: Location data helps optimize delivery routes and service areas for businesses with delivery operations.

Important:

• Location access includes foreground, background, and precise location tracking
• Location data is collected continuously for licensing compliance purposes
• This app requires location permissions for licensing compliance. Without location access, you will not be able to log in or use the app.
• Location data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties

4. Camera and Image Access

Finio Suite "Finio PRO" requests camera and photo library access for the following business purposes:

• Barcode/QR Code Scanning: The camera is used to scan product barcodes in the Point of Sale (POS) system for faster product entry and inventory management.
• Document Capture: The camera is used to capture photos of identification documents during hotel check-in processes in the Property Management System (PMS) module.
• Product Images: Photo library access allows uploading product images for your inventory catalog and menu items.
• Receipt Management: Camera and photo library access enable capturing and saving receipts for expense tracking and accounting purposes.

Important:

• Camera access is only used when you actively choose to scan barcodes or capture documents
• Product images you upload for inventory are stored permanently in Firebase Cloud Storage until you delete them
• Document images captured for hotel check-ins are stored securely for verification purposes
• All captured images are stored securely and in compliance with data protection regulations
• Product images and receipts are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage with appropriate access controls

5. Files and Storage Access

Finio Suite "Finio PRO" requires storage access for the following purposes:

• Data Caching: Local storage is used to cache business data for offline functionality, ensuring the app works even without internet connectivity.
• PDF Generation: Storage access is required to generate and save PDF files including invoices, receipts, reports, and purchase orders.
• Database Operations: The app uses local database storage (Hive) for fast data access and offline-first architecture.
• Export/Import: Storage access enables exporting business data for backups and importing data for migration purposes.
• Receipt Saving: Generated receipts and reports are saved to device storage for sharing and printing.

Important:

• All locally stored data is encrypted on supported platforms
• We only access files and folders necessary for app functionality
• Exported files may contain sensitive business data; users are responsible for securing these files
• Storage permissions are used solely for app functionality, not for accessing personal files
